So fresh and so clean! The pleating detail makes this breezy little top look at least a little more expensive than $17.80. I just want to throw it on over a cami and tuck it into a work skirt. Totally sheer tops from Forever 21 are work appropriate right... Cool. That's what I thought.Buy it.
