Summer is just around the corner and it looks like the maxi is going to be kickin around for at least another season. Which is great. provided you are exactly the same height as your store of choice's fit models. For some reason, a lot of stores don't seem to give a rat's ass that if you are any taller than 5'6" you can only wear their maxis if you don't mind a whole chunk of ankle showing. Maxi is hot, tea length... not so much. Luckily a few stores have mercifully decided to start carrying maxi dresses in tall sizes.
This one from Old Navy is cute and only $39.94. It measures 53" from shoulder to floor which should be sufficient up to about 5'11". Unfortunately, the tall size is only available online so you can't try it on in stores, but hey, its a start.
Yay for Old Navy carrying cute fall tops in tall sizes. There is nothing worse than finding a top that would be soooo cute, if only it were a little longer. However. Boo to Old Navy for not carrying these tees in a size tall small. (Especially because their sizes run big)
